-
This service provides a recruiting strategy plan, coach communication toolkit, recruiting video & outreach guidance, school fit framework, athlete identity & reflection work, with an additional focus on resumé and life skills development.
-
In these 45-60 minute meetings, we provide a personalized recruiting strategy by clarifying your target schools, refining coach outreach (emails, film, follow-ups), and building a clear action plan based on your goals and current position. We also guide reflection on school fit, identity, and long-term development so you choose a program that aligns with both your athletic and academic future.
-
Parents play an important but balanced role in the recruiting process. They are invited to join an initial session to align on expectations, timelines, and how best to support their student-athlete, as well as key decision-point meetings when evaluating offers, financial considerations, and overall school fit.
Most sessions are intentionally one-on-one with the student-athlete to encourage independence, confidence, and honest reflection. Parents are then brought back in for periodic check-ins or a final recap to ensure everyone remains informed, aligned, and supported throughout the process.

My Why.
After going through my career-ending injury at 19 years old, I faced an identity crisis with little support. Many pessimistic thoughts and feelings resulted from this development, yet an unprecedented amount of life-changing good also took place. I saw the need for more personal and professional development to be addressed by the administration, the coaching staff, and the players. Student-athletes need to be aware of the resources available to help progress their rights as human beings. As a D1 athlete, I have undergone the very recruiting that the modern-day aspirational athlete has gone through, aside from the NIL and revenue-sharing age. With experience at multiple D1 institutions as an academic counselor, advisor, and learning specialist, I can help provide a unique insight into the academic ins and outs of college. My goal in assisting student-athletes in their recruiting process is to redefine college athletics and inspire development beyond the athletic realm.
